An optimistic and realistic personality Md. Raziul Hauqe Tumul exercises and encourages team work in achieving any desired goal. Since his student life he has been involved in scouting and other volunteer tasks, various cultural activities as he bears an acute interest in these. He is the Ex-Vice President of Patabahar Khela Ghor Ashor , founder president of Young Zeal Association and Ex – senior Rover Mate of Dhaka College Rover Scout Group.

He has successfully organized many blood donation camp, tree plantation program and campaign for relief distribution among the disaster affected people. Moreover he has fascination for discovering and interacting with the diverse group of people. For last nine years he has been involved in Banking and Financial institutes. Besides, he has an experience in the field of customer service in Australia. Along with the usual activities of his routine bound life, he holds the hobby of travelling, fishing and exploring different cuisine of diverse group of people across the world.
